I'm Sophie, founder of Homes by Rowan & Rose. My career began in sales and management, where I learned that success comes from listening first and delivering second - a principle that still shapes how I work with every client today.

For more than fifteen years I've been hands on across every stage of property, from flipping and refurbishing to building, all while growing my own portfolio alongside the work I do for others. That means I've stood in every pair of shoes on a project - investor, seller and stylist - and every home I've brought to market has sold at asking price or above.

It's that ground-level experience, not just a design portfolio, that shapes every decision I make for you.
